  1. Special purpose remover for systems infected with the JUNKIE virus.
  2. The JUNKIE infects Master Boot Record as well as COM files. It increases
  3. the size of COM files by approximately 1027 bytes. It is encrypted, and TSR.

  5. This version of SCAN will detect the JUNKIE virus in memory if it is active.
  6. If this happens, we recommend to power down the PC, and reboot from a
  7. clean DOS disk. Then run "SCAN /CLEAN C: /REPORT junkie.rpt"
